Make a 7x7 grid on a sheet of paper. Sort the rows and columns alphabetically & Numerically. Each box gets an alphanumeric designation, such A1 for the top left box. Lay down your “boats” in grid. Three Xs represent battleships, two destroyers, and one submarine. Never show your partner the Xs. One X equals one shot. Take turns predicting your partner's combat shots. Take a shot when they strike an X. The winner is the first to sink their opponent's boats. The loser must drink the rest. |
