Toy Story 2 includes Bullseye as a pivotal member of its entire cast. He is a member of Jessie and Woody's Roundup and Jessie is the one who owns him. Bullseye, although being a horse, exhibits behaviours more typical of a dog. When he is frightened, he curls his tail under and hides, but when he is happy, all he wants to do is lick anything, which in this case is Woody. He enjoys Woody, Jessie, and all of the other toys.
