Lingonberry is used to treat irritated urinary tracts, kidney stones, and infections. It can also be used to boost urine production (as a diuretic). Other uses include the treatment of gout, arthritis, and viral infections. The berries are eaten raw or used to produce sauce, juice, jam, wine, and baked products, and have a sour/tart/slightly sweet flavour. |
