Sasha and Chirinabe are served as fugu. Some believe that liver is the tastiest portion of it, but it is the most toxic, and in Japan in 1984 it was prohibited from serving this organ in the restaurants. Fugu has become one of Japanese cuisine's most famous dishes. |
