Prambanan, Indonesia's biggest Hindu monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to the remains of 244 temples. There are eight main temples and eight smaller temples in the central complex, which is raised. In addition to Prambanan, there are several smaller temples scattered around the park.
