This dish has nothing to do with cheese, surprisingly. The meat is prepared by numerous animals, including pigs, calves and cows. The tongue and occasionally the heart are part of this. The name is not known although there are indications, which have been called after cheese, due to the mold that are used to produce this strange food. |
