Information : Kailashnath Temple is located in Ellora, near Aurangabad, and is the best example of Rashtrakuta architecture. It is a rock-cut temple that is divided into four sections. The temple is one of 34 temples that make up the Ellora Caves complex. It is a massive stone monument erected by the Rashtrakuta king in the 8th century. The temple is built in the same manner as the Pattadakal temples.
