The Koteshwar Mahadev Shrine, which is around 3 kilometres from Rudraprayag, is a cave temple where Lord Shiva meditated before arriving at Kedarnath. The temple is situated on the Alaknanda River's bank. In this cave temple, there are numerous deity idols that are said to be naturally produced. |
