Name : Sanchi Stupa, Madhya Pradesh  
Information : Sanchi Stupa was erected by the Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century, also one of the earliest buddhist temples of the nation. It is located in Sanchi village in Madhya Pradesh in the Raisen district and is also known as the Great Stupa. The four gates which are beautiful architectural shapes and are carefully crafted are one distinctive aspect of the temple.
